Thomas Butsch, born in 1966, studied, after completing an apprenticeship as a mechanic, mechanical engineering at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences in Germany, Automotive Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire in Great Britain and Business Law at the University of Saarland in Germany. He has spent his professional life almost exclusively in the automotive sector, most recently as a quality manager in the vehicle interior sector. Thomas Butsch is a manager with a hands-on mentality, who likes to be on the shop floor as much as in top level meetings. He attaches great importance to his employees that they feel comfortable and that the ratio between work and leisure is balanced.
Micha Krompholz, born 1978, studied after completing a commercial apprenticeship at the University of Economics in Ludwigshafen with a focus on logistics. He has initially spent his professional life in the field of logistics and has been working in various positions at BUTSCH for almost 11 years after moving to the service sector. Micha Krompholz is thoroughly an automobile enthusiast and is responsible for the operational part of the company. Direct contact with customers is extremely important to him. His door is always open for his colleagues and always has a friendly ear for everyone.
