We use your application data exclusively for the specified purpose of job and project service and/or in optimal case for a relevant contract conclusion.

The data provided by you will in our database be recorded according to a data processing contract by HR4You upon commission, compared by our personnel with the available positions and in the case of high conformance transferred by a Key Account Manager, with your consent, to the relevant customer. Should all preconditions be fulfilled, the required data will after contract conclusion be transferred to the HR Department and the customer.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the application form (contact details, application documents, photo, etc.) only with your voluntary consent per point (a) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The processing of data before we receive your revocation remains unaffected by your revocation.

We will retain the data you provide on the application form until you request its erasure, your revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer persists (e.g. after completed processing of your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

Should you send us any request via an application form or give us an order via an order form, we will store the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to process your request and for any follow-up questions. We do not disclose this information without your permission. Additionally, your IP address will be stored when you use an application form.

We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish, or modify legal relationships with us (master data). Transfer for order processing

When it is required for the performance of a contract, we assign also other contractors and individuals, as service providers, with the performance of tasks.

The above mentioned service providers are granted access only to such personal data which are required for the performance of the given task. It is prohibited for service providers to use personal data also for other purposes. When it is required by legislation, contracts will be concluded with these service providers to protect your personal information.

Credit check

We have to take precautionary measures to enable advance performance to you.
